SMART Hub for Manufacturing and Construction

The project aims to deliver transformational improvements, in the Highlands and Islands (H&Is) economy, through working with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in construction, manufacturing and the built environment.

The Make It Smart Hub is a free-to-use resource connecting the Highlands and Islands community with up-to-date training, equipment and business opportunities. 

This programme is for companies, large and small, from across the construction supply chain and public sector bodies with a view to developing new products, processes, remodel current ways of working or solve industry challenges through innovation.

Key Information
The SMART Hub offers a range of free support to small and medium-sized businesses involved in the construction industry, including opportunities to:

• EXPLORE innovation in practice - be inspired by the latest innovative projects making a difference in the built environment and manufacturing world.

• CONNECT innovation - take part in free events, share business challenges to find solutions, or share a solution to businesses in the Highlands and Islands region

• LEARN to stay ahead of the curve - access the latest training and development opportunities from the Highlands and Islands region, and further afield, to gain new skills for you and your workforce.

• DO - Access free support or advice to help your organisation innovate and improve productivity.
